About me
Hi, I’m Marcin
I have worked with people 1 on 1 my entire life.
It began during my years as a professional tennis player, where I collaborated closely with coaches, psychologists and fellow athletes. I observed firsthand how differently individuals handle pressure, setbacks and both personal and external expectations. Through this experience, I learned how to truly listen, to intuitively understand what someone is feeling before they articulate it, and to recognise when a person has reached their limit — even if they cannot see it themselves.
After my competitive career ended, I transitioned to the other side of the court as a trainer. For years, I worked in one-on-one and group settings with children, amateurs and professionals. Every individual brought a unique story and carried a different weight. It was the most profound hands-on education in working with people I could have ever asked for.
Today, I am a certified coach. Over the past year, I have conducted hundreds of hours of sessions through Projekt Mniej. Concurrently, I am in my final year of psychology studies and am writing my master’s thesis.

How I work
No ready-made advice
Coaching is not a lecture. The answers that truly matter are already within you; my role is to help you uncover them through targeted questions, practical exercises and independent work between our sessions.
Online, in English
We meet virtually via Google Meet or Zoom. I am based in Central European Time (CET) and deliberately keep evening slots open, which generally accommodates most schedules across Europe.
Small steps, tested in real life
Every session concludes with a concrete, actionable step to try. You test this approach during your week and return to our next meeting to discuss what actually happened.
Coaching, not therapy
If you are experiencing deep anxiety, clinical depression or unprocessed trauma, the appropriate professional to support you is a psychotherapist or a psychiatrist. If I recognise this during our work, I will communicate it to you openly and honestly.
Not sure if this is for you?
That is exactly what the first conversation is for. We check whether we fit and whether I am the right person for what you bring.
